About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Automotive Trades business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of technicians and mechanics

2. Monitoring workflow and ensuring tasks are completed within set timelines

3. Providing technical guidance and support to the team as needed

4. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

5. Identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks in the workshop

6. Liaising with customers to address their concerns and resolve any problems

7. Reporting on team performance and providing recommendations for improvements

8. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in an Automotive Trades setting

2. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive repairs and maintenance

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the team and interact with customers

4. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and optimize workflows

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

6. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety practices

7. A proactive and customer-centric approach
