About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our dynamic team at TSM Automobile Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our retail department. What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

2. Monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of stock

3. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

4. Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to sales associates to develop their skills and knowledge

5. Assisting with the implementation of merchandising and marketing strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience

6. Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or customer service-oriented environment

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

4. Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools

5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service

6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
