Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will define solution architecture, provide technical leadership, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
• Lead solution design, technical governance, and architecture reviews.
• Define best practices for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Architect integrations with enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data governance, and platform best practices.
• Support deployment planning, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce DX.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
