Kelayakan
- At least high school, diploma, degree or certification in hospitality management, hotel management, or a related field may be preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Certification in housekeeping management or related field may be beneficial.
- Understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Tanggungjawab
- Allocate daily work and any special assignment to the staff
- Attend daily briefings and take note of the special attention items for the guests
- To conduct briefings with the room attendants and ensure they execute the special requests
- To check vacant, clean rooms on the report and report any discrepancies both to housekeeping for assignment and to the hotel duty manager for investigation
- To check regularly the progress of each assignment and to assist when necessary to ensure rooms are ready prior to the arrival of the guest
- To ensure the own work and the work of the room attendants supervised, are completed at the end of the shift.
- To do any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
- Maintain proper records of housekeeping activities, inspections, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and building management requirements.
- Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing manpower during peak periods.
- Handle housekeeping-related guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
