Kerja Sepenuh Masa Shipping Assistant, Gaji tinggi SGD 1,600 di BAUMANN SPRING CO. (S) PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Confirm inventories taken over from Production or External Parties are correct.
• Perform wrapping and palletizing for FG or RM.
• Responsible for placement of FG or RM on the storage shelves.
• Perform picking from picking list generated by CS
• Ensure shipment requirements (special labels) area according to customers’ request.
• In charge of releasing of cargo based on DO number.
• Assist in loading FG into delivery vehicles.
• Assist in unloading of RM or External goods from vehicle.
• Accurately enter the transactions into SAP.
• Work closely with Logistic to optimize warehouse space.
• Meet goals defined in departmental targets.
• Responsible for filing all digital and physical records to enable quick and easy access.
• To follow-up other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in warehousing environment
• Possess a minimum of GCE ‘N’ levels education.
• Possess a Forklift license/ able to operate a reach truck.
• Responsible for arrangement of shipments.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office) with speed and accuracy.
• Competence with ERP software, especially SAP (Shipping) is an advantage.
• Flexible, resourceful and task oriented.
• Good team player, communicator, and co-ordination skills.
• Physically fit to work in a fast pace environment.
• Able to travel between 2 work locations.
