Responsibilities:

• Handle AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation.
• Perform GST submission, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing.
• Maintain General Ledger records, journal entries, and financial reports.
• Manage inventory records, stock reconciliation, and project costing.
• Assist with audit, reporting, and other finance-related duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferably in engineering, trading, import/export, or project-based industries.
• Experience in GST, inventory, and project costing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
  
  Work Location: Kaki Bukit
• 5 days work week (Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm)
