Kerja Sepenuh Masa Store Admin, Gaji tinggi SGD 1,800 di JEP ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform daily store administrative duties and maintain accurate records.

• Prepare and update delivery orders, shipping documents, and inventory records.

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Logistics departments.

• Monitor inventory transactions and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.

• Assist with receiving, issuing, and stock movements and cycle count activities.

• Prepare reports and maintain proper filing of documents.

• Support inventory control and ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Perform other administrative and store-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
  

Requirements

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a warehouse, store, inventory, or administrative support.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with ERP system (Epicor experience is an advantage)

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
