We are looking for a Client Experience Team Lead to lead our Client Experience team in delivering exceptional service to our most valued clients.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind team development, strategic account management, and operational excellence - ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to quality and long-term partnership.

What Makes This Role Special:

• Oversee top-tier strategic accounts and serve as the escalation point for complex client issues
• Lead negotiations for master service agreements, long-term contracts, and strategic partnerships
• Monitor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive process improvements that enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical teams
• Lead, coach, and develop a team members through regular feedback, training, and performance monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of account management or client experience in a B2B manufacturing/industrial sector
• Advanced proficiency in strategic account management methodologies and CRM/ERP systems
• Strong understanding of fluid systems, industrial components, or related technical products
• Solid business acumen — profitability, pricing strategies, and contract terms
