Job Summary

You will manage and deliver end-user computing and deskside support at the client location, ensuring smooth hardware, software, and device operations while coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and deskside support to resolve hardware and software issues promptly
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems to maintain system stability
• Support Microsoft O365 applications to ensure user productivity
• Manage IT support activities onsite to maintain seamless client operations
• Deliver VIP and concierge user support to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and maintain conference room devices, projectors, and meeting room facilities for effective meetings
• Coordinate with Network and Data Center teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Record and track incidents and service requests accurately in the ITSM tool
• Manage device provisioning, replacement, and Device as a Service (DaaS) lifecycle to optimize hardware availability
• Install and troubleshoot SCCM clients to support system management
• Utilize Active Directory for user and device management
• Apply basic networking knowledge to assist in issue diagnosis and resolution
