Driver Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the driver in loading and unloading catering equipment, food, and beverages.
Ensure all items are packed accurately and delivered according to the delivery schedule.
Help set up and dismantle catering equipment at event venues when required.
Carry catering items safely to the designated delivery location.
Assist in checking delivery orders and ensuring all items are accounted for before departure and upon return.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of company equipment and vehicles.
Support the driver with navigation, parking, and delivery coordination.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to carry heavy loads.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
Prior experience in catering or logistics is an advantage but not essential.
