Kerja Sepenuh Masa QAQC Engineer (Building Construction), Gaji tinggi SGD 3,500 di KIAN HIAP CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a highly qualified QAQC Engineer with strong experience in Singapore building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all QAQC activities for building construction projects.

Prepare and submit all required documentation to BCA.

Coordinate and book BCA CONQUAS inspections.

Liaise with BCA officers, consultants, and project teams on quality-related matters.

Ensure all quality inspections and documentation comply with BCA requirements.

Monitor site quality, conduct inspections, and follow up on rectification works.

Maintain QAQC records, inspection reports, method statements, and quality documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant QAQC experience in Singapore.

Strong knowledge of BCA CONQUAS, BCA quality requirements, and submission procedures.

Experience handling BCA inspections independently.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Note: We are looking for a QAQC Engineer with hands-on experience in BCA submissions and CONQUAS inspections. We are not looking for a QAQC Supervisor.
