Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily facility and site operations to ensure smooth workflow, workplace safety, and timely project coordination. The role includes supervising staff, handling operational matters, coordinating maintenance activities, and maintaining good communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and work schedules to support smooth project execution
• Oversee daily site and facility operations in compliance with company safety procedures
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance for equipment and emergency systems
• Attend to operational incidents and prepare reports when necessary
• Supervise staff attendance, work performance, and daily operations
• Assist in staff onboarding and training when required
• Coordinate work assignments and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
• Liaise with clients and relevant parties regarding operational matters
• Resolve operational issues and provide practical solutions when required
• Maintain professional communication and good working relationships with staff and clients
• Carry out duties in a fast-paced working environment

Requirements

• Relevant experience in operations, facilities, site coordination, or supervisory roles preferred
• Able to understand technical drawings and related documents
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Basic problem-solving and project coordination skills preferred
