Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching Duties

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Physical Education lessons aligned with the curriculum

- Assess and evaluate students’ physical abilities, progress, and participation

- Promote healthy lifestyles, physical fitness, and sportsmanship

- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment during all physical activities

- Adapt lessons to meet diverse student needs and abilities

2. Coordination Duties

- Develop and manage the school’s sports and physical activity programs

- Organize inter-house, inter-school, and external sports competitions

- Coordinate extracurricular sports clubs and activities

- Schedule use of sports facilities and equipment

- Lead and support coaching staff and PE teachers

3. Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

- Manage sports equipment inventory and budgets

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and school policies

- Prepare reports on sports activities and student participation

4. Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with school leadership, teachers, and parents

- Communicate student progress and achievements

- Build partnerships with external sports organizations and bodies
