Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing service activities for our customers in the
designated Service area. - Maintain and upkeeps the service tools in a good condition.
- Perform technical service duties, including installation, qualification, basic user training, maintenance,
and repair of equipment. Plan and execute service assignments according to MT guidelines and to
highest professional standards. - Provide technical support to customers, answering questions and troubleshooting issues in person or
remotely. - Document service activities and maintain and submit accurate, timely service records.
- Provide accurate updates on Service activities and other job-related activities throughout the day.
Provide a summary of actions taken, results, and next step (if necessary) to customers at the end of
service assignments. - Identify Service opportunities (service contract and spare parts) and pass along to Service Sales &
Inside Sales. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of service
activities & opportunities - Generate products & services Xlead according to targets, 6/monthly. - Ensure compliance with health safety regulations and standards for daily service activities.
- Attend and complete any trainings & assessments assigned.
- Proactively promotes and positively influences customer experience.
What You Need to Succeed - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical & Instrument Control related field
- Diploma related background with 2-3 years field experience in actual field
- Basic control system knowledge in Electrical
- Basic knowledge in Mechanical
- Knowledge in Oscillator usage, PLC basic knowledge and Food & beverage industry will be an added advantage
- Valid driving license (D and GDL - added advantage)
- Own car for local/outstation purpose
- Willing to work outstation
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
