Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify crew home allotment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and administer monthly crew payroll for assigned vessels.
• Review and process crew reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies.
• Respond to crew enquiries relating to payroll, remittances, reimbursements, and salary-related matters.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Support the crewing and finance functions with payroll-related administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in crew payroll, crew accounting, or crewing administration within the maritime industry.
• Good understanding of crew payroll processes, remittances, and reimbursement administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive, able to work independently, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
