SingHealth Polyclinics is a member of Singapore Health Services (SingHealth) - a public healthcare cluster which also manages three hospitals and five specialty centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage commissioning activities for new clinics and equipment to ensure timely operational readiness.
• Arrange commissioning schedules with vendors, BME staff, and end users while minimizing scheduling conflicts.
• Liaise with vendors to address technical queries and ensure all requirements are completed before delivery and commissioning.
• Work with MMD on PO-related matters and provide regular updates on commissioning progress, schedules, and equipment status.
• Keep commissioning documentation and vendor contact lists accurate and up to date, and perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience (Healthcare BME preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Biomedical equipment, and project/vendor management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
