Receive inbound calls from customers and arranger for service appointment

Made necessary outbound calls to customers to arrange for service appointment

Conduct follow up calls with customers for the repaired job

Handle complaints from customers either through phone or face to face conversation

Prepare monthly reports to hold

Update customer data when necessary
