Role Description The Hostel Management Admin is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Johor Bahru, responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of employee hostel facilities. This role includes managing room allocations, handling check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records of occupancy, deposits, and related documentation. The Admin coordinates facility maintenance requests, ensures cleanliness and safety standards, and liaises with vendors or service providers when necessary. The role also involves responding to residents’ inquiries and concerns, supporting policy implementation, preparing routine reports for management, and assisting with budgeting and cost control related to hostel operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with residents and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and basic Finance capabilities to handle records, monitor costs, and support simple budgeting and reporting.
• Candidates should possess proficient Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and hostel-related data accurately.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily hostel operations.
• Relevant experience in facilities, property, or hostel management, and familiarity with MS Office or similar software is beneficial.
