The Role

A design and engineering professional services firm is hiring a Proposals & Pursuits Specialist to own the RFP process end-to-end — from opportunity intake through submitted proposal and client presentation. This is a hands-on role for someone with real AEC or professional-services proposal experience, not a generalist marketer.

The person will sit within a regional marketing function covering Southeast Asia and wider Asia Pacific, working closely with local office leadership on business development priorities.

Responsibilities

Pursuit & RFP Management

• Own the full RFP lifecycle: intake, qualification, go/no-go input, timeline coordination, submission
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal brand standards

Proposal & Presentation Development

• Lead production of proposals and client presentations, with strong emphasis on graphic design and layout, not just copy
• Develop win themes and messaging; translate technical/project content into persuasive narrative

Strategic BD Support

• Support pursuit strategy, positioning, and interview prep with leadership
• Sharpen competitive differentiation in messaging

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing with a proposals/RFP/pursuits focus, specifically within architecture, design, engineering, or another proposal-heavy professional services sector
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, or business
• Track record managing complex, high-value pursuits start to finish
• Advanced InDesign required; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus
• Microsoft Office required; Google Slides, Keynote, Miro a plus
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) a plus
