Role Description The Process Engineering Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Kulim. This position supports process and manufacturing engineers in monitoring, sustaining, and improving semiconductor production processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing process data, performing routine checks on equipment and process parameters, assisting with experiments and trials, and implementing approved process adjustments to maintain quality and yield targets. The technician will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues, document findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to safety and quality standards, and ensuring compliance with established operating procedures.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret process and production data.
• Candidates should possess skills in Process Control and Process Engineering to maintain and improve semiconductor processes.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve process-related issues.
• Candidates should possess Manufacturing Engineering knowledge to support production operations and continuous improvement.
• Candidates should have attention to detail, good documentation practices, and familiarity with quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Candidates should have effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams.
• Candidates should have a diploma or degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field; experience in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing is an advantage.
• Candidates should be willing to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict procedural and safety guidelines.
