We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and business performance initiatives that support the organization's long-term growth and financial stability. In this role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and internal financial controls while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and corporate policies.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, operations, commercial teams, procurement, human resources, and external stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and optimize organizational performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Key responsibilities include managing the monthly and annual financial reporting cycle, preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial performance, monitoring profitability, overseeing cash flow, developing financial models, evaluating investment opportunities, and strengthening financial governance. The Finance Manager will also lead cost optimization initiatives, improve financial processes, support audits, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and leverage financial systems to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and management accounting.
• Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, internal controls, corporate governance, and financial compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or equivalent platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
