About the Role
We're seeking an Operations & Programming Executive to manage daily court operations while driving programmes, community engagement, and revenue growth. This hands-on role works closely with coaches, facilitators, corporate clients, and our marketing agency to maximise court usage and achieve performance targets.
What You'll Do
Court Management
Manage booking issues, administrative bookings, and rescheduling.
Coordinate court maintenance and cleanliness.
Driving Usage
Coordinate corporate workshops, coaches, and facilitators.
Manage open play sessions, facilitator schedules, payments, and refunds.
Coordinate and promote class programmes.
Marketing & Growth
Liaise with the marketing agency to support booking growth.
Respond to enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Growing Revenue
Secure sponsorship opportunities (5% commission on closed deals).
Achieve monthly revenue targets and earn performance incentives.
What We're Looking For
Hands-on, organised, and community-focused.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with marketing awareness.
Racket sports experience is an advantage but not essential.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
