Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, in TGSB Federal Territory - Maukerja

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
• Monitor work progress to ensure it meets project schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
• Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Manager.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities when required.
• Verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and escalate major concerns to management.
• Maintain proper site documentation, including daily site reports, attendance records, and inspection records.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained on site.
• Assist in project handover and defect rectification works.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or other relevant certificates.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision (experience required may vary based on project size).
• Experience in building, refurbishment, or interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcon, subsidiaries, clients and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare and submit necessary site paperwork is essential.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and comfortable working under pressure.
• Possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a commitment to project quality and safety.
