JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for assisting Operations Manager in day-to-day operations within the premises.supervises,motivates and supporting the staff and applying a team approach and maintaining open communication.
• Assisting in planning, scheduling, and oversee production activities.
• Performs essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and product quality and establishes and maintains effective communications with all levels of staff.
• Responsible for the effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to reduce bottlenecks and problems.
• Meeting production and quality goals and playing a key role in meeting the company profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
• Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth.
• Maintain personal productivity and quality standards that make possible attractive financial returns so that the company may continue to provide excellent service to our customers and ensure job security and career growth for our staff.
• Maintain a positive department attitude and ensure that all employees under supervision are aligned to the company's goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
