Protege – Voice Technical Services

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Protege – Voice Technical Services to join our team. This programme is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in voice communication technologies, networking, and IT infrastructure. You will gain hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise voice solutions while working alongside experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of voice telecommunication solutions such as Cloud PBX, On-Premise IP PBX, SIP Trunk, and Media Gateway.
• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot voice-related technical issues.
• Perform on-site service visits, maintenance, and system deployment when required.
• Deliver basic user training and guidance to customers after service implementation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Update job progress, maintain technical documentation, and ensure accurate equipment records.
• Assist in system testing, service improvements, and ad-hoc technical projects.
• Participate in standby support rotation outside office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of IT, networking, or voice communication technologies is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must possess own transportation.
• Willing to travel for customer site visits and participate in standby support when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
