Full Time MATERIAL PLANNER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Wong Engineering Corporation Berhad Kedah - Maukerja

Responsibilities :

1. Plan and schedule material requirements based on production forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels.

2. Collaborate with purchasing, production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure timely material availability.

3. Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, low level materials, consumables materials and packaging materials) and adjust planning parameters to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.

4. Create and manage purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery.

5. Material picking (system) and supply to production.

6. Track material shortages, expedite critical items, and resolve supply chain issues.

7. Maintain accurate material master data in the ERP system (e.g., lead times, reorder points, safety stock).

8. Analyze usage trends and provide input for long-term material planning and capacity forecasting.

9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning efficiency.

10. Min 3 - 4 years’ experience in an end-to-end materials management .

11. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
