QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in any science discipline.

EXPERIENCES:

• A minimum 1-year experience in manufacturing and/or packaging operations.

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Good interpersonal and leadership skills, planning and organizing skills, and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Automation, Digitalization and Smart Manufacturing

• Lead production automation, digital transformation and smart manufacturing projects that improve productivity, compliance and business performance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of smart manufacturing principles, digital workflows, manufacturing execution systems (MES) and connected production technologies.
• Promote the adoption of new manufacturing technologies and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and data integrity.

Production Management

• Oversee the Production staging area, ensuring efficient material movement, consumption and utilization.
• Report to the Head of Production on the production performance and address issues related to manufacturing or packaging operations.
• Assist Head of Production in planning, scheduling and monitoring manufacturing, blistering and packaging operations to achieve production targets.

GMP & Quality Compliance

• Ensure all production activities comply with GMP, SHE, company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve BMR/BPR templates and conduct final reviews of completed production records before submission to QA, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Notify the Head of Production of any deviations or non-conformances and support investigations, CAPAs, change controls, risk assessments, and internal quality audits.
• Participate in audits or visits by auditors, suppliers, customers and external service providers in production.

Documentation & Training

• Prepare, review and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions and other production-related documentation.
• Conduct training, assess personnel competency and monitor performance to ensure compliance with procedures and GMP requirements.

People Management

• Provide leadership to motivate staff, maximize productivity and maintain consistent quality in compliance with GMP standards.
• Monitor staff discipline to prevent output issues caused by misconduct or absenteeism.

Continuous Improvement

• Optimize manpower, equipment, and facility utilization to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.

Others

• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
