I. Job Mission
Listen to the voice of the customer, patiently address their inquiries, proactively resolve their complaints, and provide standardized and professional care services. The aim is to assist customers and collectively establish a first-class contact center in the industry.
II. Job Requirements
1. at least one year of customer service experience.
2. Familiar with call center business processes, service policies, product knowledge, and standardized after-sales procedures; capable of independently and appropriately handling customer issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
3. Excellent communication skills, fluent verbal expression, and outstanding typing speed and accuracy.
4. Ability to independently complete a workload that meets or exceeds the team average, with service quality surpassing team performance requirements.
5. Strong sense of service and responsibility, along with good learning ability.
6. Willingness to accept shift changes and overtime.
III. Job Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries via hotline and online channels, quickly and accurately addressing inquiries, suggestions, or complaints.
2. Collect, record, and relay frontline customer feedback, ensuring that customer voices are reported to headquarters in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
3. Participate in training and examinations on product knowledge, service skills, and service procedures, and meet the relevant assessment requirements.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
