JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Process sales order & follow-up with Production on progress of order until delivery to customers on the set deadlines
• Coordinate with Traffic Department for shipment to customers.
• Prepare accurate and timely information in E-Schedule in order to ensure effective operation of delivery and logistic.
• Prepare a clear and accurate master copy of work order in accordance to the description of customer specification.
• Coordinate delivery of samples to customer upon request from BD Manager
• Audit Finished Goods Store on the actual quantity storage of finished goods when necessary.
• Knowledge of up-to-date the location of each item and balance quantity.
• Respond to customer for non-moving stock, and for the disagreeable storage with the intention to reduce the stock level.
• Process sales order according to customer requirement and stock balance.
• Arrange with transport for oversea shipment
• Liaise with customer constantly for forecast for production planning and capacity.
• Consistently update customer on the delivery schedule.
• Prompt response to customer enquiry or complaint.
• Liaise with supplier to call in sub-material for assembly item.
• Liaise with inter company for delivery of goods, e.g. paper board etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or higher in any discipline with experience in similar field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate in English
• Computer literate.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Handling of customer complaint.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to work Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
