ROLE OVERVIEW:
Lead e-commerce and e-marketplace such as TikTok and Shopee. Managing performance content across platforms. This role blends sales strategy, content creativity, data optimization, and tech innovation to drive direct conversions and scalable content output.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Livestream Commerce Strategy & Execution
· Own end-to-end TikTok/Shopee Live operations from pre-production planning to live performance analysis.
· Build engaging livestream formats that convert viewers into buyers.
· Coordinate and manage hosts to maximize on-stream conversion and viewer retention.
2. Performance-Driven Video Content
· Create short-form video and content assets that drive product discovery and sales.
· Repurpose livestream highlights into evergreen content for long-term sales.
· Run A/B testing on thumbnails, hooks, and call-to-action to increase conversion.
3. Affiliate & Partnership Growth
· Recruit, manage and activate affiliate partners to expand product reach.
· Develop ready-to-use co-branded content packages for affiliates.
· Track affiliate sales performance and continuously optimize commission models.
4. Data & Performance Optimization
· Define and track key KPIs: Conversion Rate, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Average Order Value per stream.
· Conduct weekly performance reviews to identify winning content and improvement areas.
· Translate insights into updated content playbooks and creative briefs.
5. Livestream Quality Monitoring & Coaching
· Oversee livestream quality: host delivery, visual setup, engagement tactics, audio clarity.
· Coach hosts and moderators on presentation skills, camera framing, and storytelling techniques.
· Build and enforce SOPs to maintain consistent livestream quality across all sessions.
6. Content Workflow & Asset Management
· Develop and maintain a centralized content library of proven scripts, visuals, and product highlights.
· Streamline the process of turning live sessions into repurposed videos.
· Create SOPs to speed up production cycles and reduce creative bottlenecks.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration
· Work closely with Creative and Data teams to align on visual direction and performance metrics.
· Provide actionable feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on live viewer insights, objections, and behavior.
8. AI Integration & Innovation
· Explore and implement AI solutions for content suggestions, chat moderation, and performance reporting.
· Collaborate with leadership and external partners on AI adoption projects.
· Drive experimentation and continuous improvement in AI-driven tools to boost team efficiency and content results.
