We are looking for a caring, organised and motivated Client Care & Process Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating services and creating a positive experience for families seeking care.

• Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and online platforms.
• Guide new clients through registration, intake and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate appointments across our multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Assist with billing, payment enquiries and administrative documentation.
• Collaborate closely with therapists and administrative staff to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Deliver professional, compassionate and responsive customer service throughout every client interaction.
