Your new role

• Lead financial consolidation and group reporting across Malaysia, Singapore, and Belgium, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong governance, and compliance with local finance and tax regulations.
• Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable function, including timely invoicing, collection management, credit risk assessment, and minimising bad debt exposure.
• Manage payment cycles and cash flow to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable records within Xero and other financial systems.
• Maintain organised and compliant financial records, documentation, and supporting schedules.
• Support indirect tax compliance, including SST, GST, and VAT filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate annual tax filings and statutory audits, working closely with external auditors and advisors to meet reporting deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to all corporate, regulatory, and statutory requirements, while continuously strengthening financial controls and compliance processes.
