- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly production schedules for the refinery, soapstock splitting, Fractionation 1 and Fractionation 2 plants.
- Coordinate feedstock, tank availability, manpower, utilities and production sequencing to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Monitor actual production against plan, including output, yield, downtime, product losses and schedule adherence.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Laboratory, Logistics, Commercial and ETP teams to resolve production constraints.
- Prepare production reports, update planning records and revise schedules when there are changes in demand, plant condition or material availability.
