About the Role
Join a growing semiconductor R&D team supporting advanced packaging development in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support semiconductor equipment across various modules (lithography, wet process, coating, dry process, metrology)
- Support R&D activities including DOE runs, engineering lots, and process qualification
- Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, chemical concentration, etc.)
- Perform inspection, measurement, and basic defect analysis (thickness, CD, uniformity, etc.)
- Carry out equipment setup, preventive maintenance (PM), and basic troubleshooting
- Support installation, calibration, and qualification of new tools
- Maintain process logs, SPC charts, and equipment records
- Work closely with engineers to improve process stability, yield, and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with cleanroom procedures, safety, and EHS requirements
- Perform proper shift handover and daily operation reporting
Requirements
- Nitec / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Chemical / Materials or related)
- Experience in chemical handling
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing will be an advantage
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environment
- Willing to handle basic process materials and chemicals under strict safety guidelines (training provided)
- 12-hour shift / rotating shift may be required
