Full Time Production Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Aspire Workforce Advisory Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality meets company standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
• Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Support inventory management and stocktaking activities as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
• Able to work in shifts (if applicable)
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Immediate starters are preferred
