Job Responsibilities
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Georgetown, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Job Description
· Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover)
· Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards (e.g. CONQUAS, Green Mark)
· Administer contracts, including variations, claims, and dispute resolution
· Oversee site operations, conduct inspections, and enforce safety & quality standards
· Monitor project progress, cost control, and reporting
· Lead stakeholder coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
· Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
· Manage project handover, including TOP and Defects Liability Period (DLP)

Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering.
· At least 6 years of Project Management experience in large residential/commercial projects.
· Expertise in local construction cost structures, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
· Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for project planning and coordination.
· Experience in administering construction contracts, negotiation, claims/dispute handling.
· Overseas project experience preferred; willing to travel internationally.
· Key skills: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, adaptability, and site-driven leadership.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
