Location: Based on assigned area (Kota Kinabalu)
Working Hours: 6 days per week (Rotational Shifts)

Shift 1: Monday – Saturday, 10:00AM – 6:30PM
Shift 2: Monday – Friday & Sunday, 1:30PM – 10:00PM

Contract Duration: 1 Year (3-month probation + 9-month extension upon successful confirmation)
Work Arrangement: Field-Based

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Locker Maintenance Technician to ensure smart lockers are well-maintained and operating efficiently. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and supporting daily operational issues at locker locations within your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on smart lockers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, including modem, connectivity, locking mechanisms, hinges, and locker compartments
• Carry out routine cleaning and general upkeep to maintain locker appearance and functionality
• Install and replace marketing materials such as stickers, labels, and signage
• Investigate and resolve operational issues such as missing parcels, double bookings, and misrouted items
• Work closely with internal teams to identify root causes and resolve technical or operational issues
• Update maintenance records, prepare daily reports, and ensure customer tickets are resolved within the required SLA

Requirements

• Own transportation and willing to travel within the assigned area (motorcycle preferred)
• Comfortable using basic tools for repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Computer literate and able to prepare daily reports
• Basic knowledge of hardware or electrical components is an added advantage
• Responsible, independent, and able to work in a field-based environment
• Willing to work rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM500 (based on monthly KPI achievement)
• Statutory Benefits: As per Employment Act

Training

Successful candidates are required to attend a 2-day training at Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur, on their first and second working day.

Accommodation and travel expenses will be claimable after successful onboarding.

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
