Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Vendor Coordination:

  • Coordinate directly with brands and manufacturing factories once product orders are approved.
  • Arrange and oversee direct shipments from global factories straight to designated USA e-commerce warehouses.
  • Multi-Channel Listing Management: Create, launch, and update product listings across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and Etsy. Verify that all product content (titles, bullet points, images) adheres strictly to individual platform guidelines. Inbound Logistics & Compliance:
  • Ensure shipments meet exact warehouse requirements, including FBA prep, WFS standards, and FNSKU labeling. Work with external packing and labeling contractors to guarantee physical packages pass inspection.
  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor freight status, confirm successful warehouse delivery, and quickly resolve any receiving errors or stock discrepancies.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Keep internal teams updated to ensure inventory levels match active live listings.
  • Collaborate with the external social media and marketing agency to align product launches with digital campaigns.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven experience managing Amazon FBA and TikTok Shop Fulfillment systems.
  • Skilled in tracking international shipments and communicating with overseas manufacturers.
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific requirements like barcode structures, dimensional weight limits, and listing policies.
