We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a AATF Operation Supervisor at YonMing Auto & Industrial Parts (Ipoh) Sdn Bhd

Job Responsibilities:-

• Leadership & Staff Support: Supervise daily workshop operations by guiding team members,
• conducting regular briefings and training sessions, and evaluating staff performance.
• Planning & Manpower Management: Plan daily workshop schedule while efficiently minimize downtime.
• Compliance to Safety & Quality Control: Ensure overall workplace safety in compliance with AATF government regulations, cleanliness, and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Reporting & Product: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on workshop performance, including job count, productivity, pending tasks, key challenges, and action plans, to management.
• Under take Ad-Hoc Duties as Assigned.
• Arrange operator and Car carriage to unload the used vehicle in the proper location.
• Serving Customer call or walk in.

Job Requirements: -

• Diploma / Degree / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Professional Degree in Automotive Engineering or any related field.
• Basic knowledge of automotive workshop operations, vehicle maintenance processes, and safety procedures is preferred.
• Prior experience in automotive operations, workshop supervision, or fleet management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to prepare operational reports and maintain records.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to supervise daily operations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently, make operational decisions, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Fresh graduates with a Degree in Automotive Engineering or related fields are encouraged to apply. (Candidates with relevant working experience are preferred.)
