Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assembly Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di New Century Aerospace (Johor) Johor - Maukerja

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform complex and precision assembly of products in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ensure all components are assembled accurately and meet required product specifications.
• Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure products meet customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Follow established assembly and testing procedures to produce high-quality products and recommend improvements where applicable.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, or damaged parts and carry out repairs using appropriate hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
• Operate and monitor production equipment, reporting any malfunctions, abnormalities, or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor immediately.
• Complete and maintain all production records, inspection reports, and logbooks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform final inspections, testing, and necessary adjustments to ensure products meet quality and customer requirements.
• Carry out installation, rework, inspection, disassembly, reassembly, replacement, refitting, and adjustment of products as required.
• Monitor inventory levels of production materials and notify the Supervisor to prevent material shortages.
• Receive, unload, inspect, unpack, and transfer materials to designated workstations while ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic equipment care to minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by complying with 5S, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Comply with all Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Management from time to time.

Education

• Minimum Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant working experience in manufacturing or aerospace will be an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
• Experience in the aerospace, precision engineering, or electronics industry is an added advantage.
• Experience in interpreting engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and work procedures is preferred.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
