Position: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to support the early phases of product design, development, and testing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a small, dedicated team in shaping the mechanical aspects of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Design and Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop mechanical components and systems for automotive applications.
• Use CAD software to generate detailed 3D models, simulations, and engineering drawings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to material selection and manufacturing process decisions.

2. Testing and Validation

• Plan and implement testing protocols to verify performance, durability, and safety of mechanical components.
• Analyze test data, identify design issues, and work with the team to implement improvements.
• Ensure all components comply with industry standards and regulations.

3. Project Management

• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure engineering milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for prototype builds, testing, and final product deployment.
• Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the evolution of engineering methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong academic background and enthusiasm for automotive engineering.
• Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and willingness to learn.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and a collaborative approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
