Full Time Production Technician Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,000 in EPS Ventures Sdn Bhd Pasir Gudang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of semiconductor production equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure production runs smoothly with minimal downtime.
• Support preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance activities.
• Inspect products and ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Record production data, machine status, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Assist engineers in equipment improvement, process optimization, and problem-solving.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and 5S practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and equipment efficiency.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, EMS, or automated production environment will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or PLC systems is an advantage.
• Able to interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment (if applicable).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
