Job Responsibility
Contract Administration
- Administer construction contracts from award until project completion.
- Review contract documents, tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and company policies.
- Monitor contractual obligations of both the Company and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain all contract-related records and correspondence.
- Assist in drafting contract agreements, amendments, extensions, and variation orders.
Project Coordination
- Liaise with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors regarding contractual matters.
- Coordinate project documentation to ensure timely submission.
- Attend project meetings whenever contractual or commercial matters arise.
- Monitor project progress against contractual milestones.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare contractual letters, notices, and official correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all contracts and project records.
- Maintain contract registers and tracking reports.
- Ensure all contractual notices are issued within the required timeline.
Cost & Commercial Support
- Assist the Quantity Surveying (QS) team in contract-related matters.
- Support cost control by monitoring contractual risks.
- Review payment certificates and contractual entitlements.
- Monitor contract values, budgets, and approved variations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
- Experience with infrastructure, or civil engineering projects is preferred
- Malaysian construction practices and contract forms (e.g. PAM, CIDB, JKR, FIDIC) is an advantage.
- Project documentation and contract management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
