Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

· Provide information about golf services, course conditions, and facility amenities

· Register players, collect all fees, and answer customer inquiries

· Assist in golf bookings and maintain accurate golfer records

· Updating accounts of the daily revenue from golfer registration

· Answering, screening, and forwarding calls

· Taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the right staff in time

· Verify membership status and collect membership fees

· Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times

Requirements:

Minimum education SPM

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
