Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations and exceptional guest service.
• Welcome and assist VIPs, ALL – Accor Live Limitless members, and guests with special requests.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor room status, occupancy, arrivals, departures, and room readiness.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, Accor brand standards, and health & safety procedures.
• Prepare daily shift reports and communicate key operational issues during handovers.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in accordance with hotel procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Front Office experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in an international hotel is preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
