Key Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.
• Supervise Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Linen Attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are maintained.
• Coordinate room priorities with the Front Office to ensure timely room availability.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns.
• Support the recruitment, training, coaching, and performance development of Heartists.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, guest amenities, and cleaning chemicals.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up with the Engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with Accor brand standards, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
• Assist in controlling departmental expenses and minimizing wastage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in an international hotel is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS is preferred.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
