Kerja Sepenuh Masa FA Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di MCLEAN PLASTIC ENGINEERING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Perform First Article (FA) inspection for new products and production parts.
• Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Smart Scope inspection equipment.
• Conduct dimensional measurements and prepare FA inspection reports.
• Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings accurately.
• Ensure all inspection activities comply with customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Identify and report non-conformance issues.
• Maintain measuring equipment and inspection records.
• Provide guidance and training to Quality Inspectors on inspection methods and measurement techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Candidates with SPM qualification are welcome to apply with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Minimum 3 years of CMM programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with CMM, Smart Scope, and Mitutoyo measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Able to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
