What you will be doing :

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and equipment.
• Ensure timely and effective problem resolution to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, software, peripherals, and technical equipment.
• Provide support for upgrades and ensure proper functionality during and post-installation.
• Conduct routine inspections, updates, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance (Physical site visit & Remotely)
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
• Prepare technical reports and update knowledge bases for future reference.
• Provide first-level support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Guide end-users through technical issues, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Educate users on best practices for system performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist in initiatives to expand local market share and grow the customer base.
• Support business development activities through technical expertise and customer engagement.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

What you will bring along:

• Hold at least a Diploma in Electrical in a relevant field.
• Demonstrate proficient interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Must have personal transportation and be willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
