Job Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of Human Resource functions
• Handle recruitment process including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, confirmation, and other HR documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters
• Liaise with government authorities related to HR matters (KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, HRD Corp, etc.)
• Assist in payroll preparation and monthly HR reports
• Support performance management and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR working experience
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices
• Familiar with payroll, statutory contributions, and HR documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude, responsible, and organized

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
