We are a company where our core business is estate planning services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate posting to the general ledger;
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of records;
• Prepare monthly management reports and assist with the timely submission of quarterly GST filings;
• Generate, process, and issue invoices promptly upon completion of engagements;
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.
• Assist auditors during the audit process by providing relevant documents and explanations when required.

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline;
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and accounting software such as Xero;
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and analytical skills;
• Proactive, responsible, and effective in problem-solving;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
